Burnaby has many great condo communities.  In this blog, I will outline the 5 most popular areas to buy a condo in Burnaby. 

#1 Highgate Village

-Condo range price from $400k to $1.25 million

-Highgate Village:   it’s a small strip mall.  But it does have all the basic merchants.  Save on Foods, Starbucks, Shopper Drug Mart, Liquor Store and even Trevor Linden Fitness.

-Also Convenient access to local restaurants on Kingsway and along Edmonds street.

-Some of the local favorites are NAO Sushi, Anatolia’s Gate Restaurant, Me-n-Ed’s Pizza Parlors

-Along Kingsway you have the Burnaby public library

-Edmonds Community Centre – is one of the newest community centres in Burnaby, Pool, Gymnasium, Weight room, and many programs for kids, adults and seniors.
